NATIONAL LEAGUE

This section features films nominated  for the 2011 and 2012 Best Foreign Language Film Oscar award.

TO THE POINT           

This section was prepared in co-operation with the European Commission Representation in the Czech Republic, and is dedicated to the "European Year for Active Aging and Solidarity between Generations” for 2012. Selected films break through the typical stereotypes of old age and approach the topic from a different perspective. 

MEDIA - JOURNEY THROUG TIME

The section offers a selection of films, whose distribution in the Czech Republic in the past decade was supported by the MEDIA Programme of the European Union. Viewers have the opportunity to return to many popular titles from different countries and of various genres that have already disappeared from the cinema screens.

BEST OF

This section features the most interesting films of the past two years from the cinematography of each country.

FILM & MUSIC

This section focuses on European films and documentaries about music.

LUX PRIZE

This section presents the European Parliament LUX Prize, its current and recent winners and other officially selected and competing films. LUX-Prize films reflect European diversity and take a close look at life in Europe.
