The new Dutch owner of a Croatian marketing agency has organized a team-building weekend for his employees. Relationships between the Dutch and Croatian groups are very tense, and this is most obvious in the 45-year-old Branko – one of the agency's founders. After a rafting activity which ends with an unpleasant accident, the two groups go paint-balling in the woods where they encounter many surprises and plenty of bizarre accidents. As the day reaches its end, it becomes clear that nothing will ever be the same again. This award-winning Croation film from the 57th Festival in Pula is a remarkable blend of genres, teetering on the edge of black comedy, psychological drama and quirky horror.
